Experienced Security Professional = New eIQ Board Member

Today, we announced that Rhonda Maclean, former CISO of Bank of American and Barclay’s Bank plc, has been appointed to eIQnetworks’ Board of Directors.  Normally, the appointment of a new member to a BoD might be met with yawns — but not in this case.  I’ve personally had the privilege of working with Rhonda for some time now, and it’s clear beyond any doubt that she “gets it” when it comes to information security and compliance… no doubt years being accountable for security at some of the world’s largest financial institutions has something to do with that.
