AOL Government: Blogging the Practical Side of Situational Awareness

This week, AOL Corporation launched AOL Government, the latest component of the AOL family providing analysis, discussion and debate about the innovative ideas at work in the public sector today.  I’ve been invited by AOL Government’s editorial director, Wyatt Kash, to be a regular contributor to the site focused on cybersecurity.

Our first order of business?  Putting some practical, real-world definition around what situational awareness means to the federal sector — particularly given the realized security threats that have recently plagued the CIA, U.S. Senate Website, IMF, and others in the federal and NGO space.
